Yes absolutely. We offer free 7 day trials for those wanting to really see what Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai is all about.

Our classes start off with a warm up which is essential for getting the heart rate going and preventing injury. Depending on which class you are attending Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai, different techniques are taught and demonstrated throughout your session. All classes are planned beforehand and follow a structured syllabus set by the head instructors Paulo Polimeno and Ryan Creary. Students are then instructed to test their new skills with an opponent during the second half of the class.

We see kids from as young as 3 and adults as old as 65. We see people of all ages and levels of experience. To get more specific, our ideal customer is someone who is open to learning, respectful, kind and a team player. Most things we are pretty laid back about but these things we don’t budge on. This is partly why Flow Martial Arts has established itself as an enjoyable, fun, sociable martial arts school.

We hold gradings regularly at the gym. How quickly you reach the next level is entirely up to you. If you are training regularly, improving your skills, attending competitions, contributing in classes and helping others you will find you will have no problem gaining stripes and your next belt. It definitely does not happen overnight though. Martial arts is about patience, discipline and respect – it is earnt not given freely.
